Our dermatologists participate in the following managed care plans. If you are covered by one of these accepted plans, please provide us with evidence of coverage, and we will bill your insurance for non-cosmetic dermatology services only. In addition, most HMO and POS plans require a referral from your primary care physician (PCP) in order for your visit to be covered. Visits unauthorized by your PCP for specialty care, may be denied by your managed care plan, transferring costs to you.
